1/ Afibel is organising a promotional campaign in the United Kingdom from 03/12/2018 to 04/12/2018 comprising a post-draw subject to chance entitled « 1 in 10 chance to win back the price of your order ».
2/ This campaign is open to UK residents aged 18 or over only. Employees of Afibel, its agents or of any other person or other organisation connected with the promotion, or any relatives of, or members of the same household as any of the aforementioned are not eligible to participate in this campaign.
3/ Participation in this campaign is open to all individuals who place an order on the Afibel website, www.afibel.com/uk, between 03/12/2018 (00h 00min 00sec) and 04/12/2018 (22h 59min 59sec) (UK time) quoting the privilege code W1CS. The privilege code W1CS is only valid for use once per participant during this campaign. Any entry which is received by phone, mail or email, or which does not quote the privilege code W1CS, will be rejected.
4/ The participant must provide complete and accurate contact details, including an up to date postal address and a valid email address, in order for their entry to be valid. Afibel reserves the right to carry out any necessary checks in order to verify the identity of the participant, and to reject any entries received by any person who attempts to use the privilege code W1CS more than once during this campaign or otherwise breaches any of these Rules, or reject any entries which do not otherwise comply with this Rule 4.
5/ The Draw and prize allocation will be carried out under the supervision of SELARL Millois, Spatari et Cornélio, Bailiffs, 6 rue Faidherbe, Tourcoing, France ("the Official Supervisor"), with whom the Rules have been lodged.
6/ The procedure for the Draw is as follows: after the closing date of the campaign, among all entries received in accordance with Rule 3, the Official Supervisor shall draw a winner at random out of every 10 orders placed. The selected winners will have the value of their order refunded for an amount up to a maximum of £200, including packing and carriage costs. If the order exceeds £200, the difference will not be refunded. The number of winners will be equal to the number of orders placed quoting the privilege code W1CS between 03/12/2018 and 04/12/2018, divided by 10 and rounded up to the nearest whole number. Afibel reserves the right to determine which method of payment is used to issue refunds to the winners of the Draw, irrespective of the original payment method chosen by the customer to place their order.
7/ Only one entry per person will be accepted during the promotional campaign. Any total or partial cancellation, for any reason whatsoever, of the order placed on the Afibel website will result in the customer’s entry being invalidated and the forfeiture of any prize won. This may involve, where applicable, a total refund of the prize already won to Afibel.
8/ The winners will be notified by registered letter no later than 2 months following the closing date of the campaign. If any winner fails to respond to this registered letter or does not accept it, or if they otherwise fail to take delivery of the letter at their last known address, as registered with Afibel, within one month of the date when the letter was sent, the relevant participants will be deemed to have forfeited the prizes due. If the items purchased are not suitable, any return or exchange should be made within 14 days after you have received your order. Nothing in these Rules affects your legal rights.
9/ When accepting the prize, Afibel may ask the winners for their permission to use their surname, first name, address and photograph for advertising purposes in relation to the Draw.
10/ The name of the winners will be available upon written request to Afibel Customer Services, 1 Apollo Rise, Southwood, Farnborough, GU14 0GT, after the closing date of the campaign. No information will be given over the telephone.
11/ Participation in this campaign shall constitute full acceptance of these Rules.
12/ Afibel cannot be held responsible for the cancellation or partial or total amendment of this promotion (or its Rules) for reasons beyond its control. Afibel shall also not be held liable for any event for which it is not responsible, in particular for the unavailability of the website, any technical failure making it impossible to continue or conduct the Draw, malfunctions of any Internet network preventing the Draw from running properly, technical, hardware or software failures of any kind whatsoever that prevent or limit the possibility of participating in the Draw or that damage a participant's system. No compensation would then be payable.
13/ It is the responsibility of each participant to take all appropriate measures to ensure the adequacy and security of its internet connection, and to put in place appropriate measures to protect the confidentiality of its own data and/or software stored on its computer equipment when accessing the website or entering into the Draw online. Please note that data charges may apply (check with your internet service provider or mobile network).

15/ No information relating to this campaign will be given by the Official Supervisor by telephone or any other means.
16/ The decision of Afibel in relation to all matters concerning this campaign will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
