Should you find any item unsuitable, you can return it to us within 100
days of receipt. We will be happy to exchange it for an alternative item
or refund the purchase price.
Please note, all returned items must be sent back unused, in their
original packaging and within 100 days of receipt.

To return an item, the first step is to complete the returns slip on the
dispatch note sent with your order and safely re-pack the items.
You can then choose to book online your return using our partner
Evri (via Home Collection, via ParcelShop or via lockers drop off) or
you can organise your return directly at the Post Office.

If you organise your return using our partner Hermes (via Home
collection, parcel shop drop off or locker drop off), the return cost will
be £2.99 (this amount is to be paid online directly on Evri.com.
If you choose to return through the Post Office, charges will be
calculated by the Post Office depending on your parcel size and
location.
You can organise an Evri courier to come and collect your parcel, from anywhere including a ‘safe place’ location at home like a
porch, garage, shed or from a neighbor. You won't have to sign for the collection from the 'safe place' or when the courier knocks.
You can book your return online and print your return label at home.

If you are unable to print your return label at home, you have the possibility to print your return label at the nearest Parcel Shop. You
first need to book your return online at home by visiting Evri.com and then go to the nearest ParcelShop to print the return label
(through the QR code). Find a print-in-store location here
Alternatively, you can also organise a return through the Post Office.

You can track yourEvri return by making a note of the 16 digit barcode on the returns receipt and visiting www.Evri.com
or by using the Hermes app. Once your return reaches the Afibel returns department, you will also get an email notification.
If you sent your return through the Post Office, you can ask to get a tracking number. Remember to get a proof of posting.
Please note that returns can take up to 14 days from the date of posting or collection to show on your statement or bank account.
